  • In-Person Consultation

    I come to you and can help with a variety of things like difficulty latching, painful latching, trouble with weight gain, questions about milk supply, pumping, bottle feeding, and more!

    During our visit I will weigh your baby, help you with feeding, and we will chat about your breastfeeding goals. I will give you pointers, recommendations, and options without ever being pushy! We will work together to figure out what works for your family. After we meet, I will give you a personalized plan of care, summarizing everything we discussed.

  • Virtual Consultation

    You’d be surprised at how much we can do virtually!

    A telehealth consultation is done over a HIPAA-secure platform and is perfect if you have general questions, need help with pump flange fitting, if you are returning to work and want guidance on how to navigate pumping schedules, have questions about weaning, are struggling with latch, and more!

  • Breastfeeding Classes

    Contact me if you are interested in setting up a class for a group of expectant parents or to inquire about my upcoming classes.

  • Prenatal Consultation

    Do you have questions about what to expect? Or concerns based on a previous breastfeeding experience? I can give you a crash course in breastfeeding while you are pregnant. After we meet, I’ll send you a follow-up email that summarizes everything we discussed to help you be as prepared as possible!

Insurance Information

I am excited to be partnered with The Lactation Network (TLN) so that I can provide insurance-covered lactation consultations to families with several PPO plans. TLN accepts most Blue Cross, Blue Shield, Anthem, Cigna, Multiplan, PNOA, and Humana plans!

For cash pay clients who are not booking through TLN, I will provide you with a superbill after our visit. A superbill is an itemized form that I will fill in for you for you to submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.
